Always Advancing recognizes the hard work and dedication it takes to cross the finish line and we strive to design and manufacture an award which the athlete will appreciate and wear/carry proudly. All of our designs are 100% custom made with extreme attention to detail and perfection.

Our customer base reaches the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, and South America. We put 100% effort in every job regardless of the order size or timeline. In 2024 we produced more than 7 million medals/coins and shirts and continue to add new races each week. Over the last number of years our key additions include the Atlanta, Dallas and Illinois Marathon while also just winning all of Ironman’s business worldwide, including the Rock n Roll Marathon Series. We continue to provide the finisher medals/ribbons to such prestigious events as the Chicago Marathon and Marine Corps Marathon.

We have a dedicated Always Advancing team to ensure the job is produced, shipped and delivered as per the approved artwork, agreed upon delivery schedule and with the high quality for which we have been recognized year after year. Some of the individuals that will be assigned and identified to ensure we successfully perform the Statement of Work include:

• In-House graphic designers to assist in any artwork adjustments that may be required

• In-House and dedicated Account Manager to monitor and update the client as the job is produced and to coordinate the delivery and approval of pre-production samples

• A In-House and Dedicated Production Manager and Quality Control Associate, in close proximity to the production line, so that the coins may be monitored throughout the process to ensure our high quality standards are met

• A In-House and dedicated shipping director ensuring the agreed upon delivery date is met and that the client is prepared and aware of the delivery date and time window
