Held in the heart of Milan, the event welcomes over 15,000 runners from around the world, with a scenic route starting at Corso Sempione and finishing in the iconic Piazza del Duomo.

The marathon offers a unique experience thanks to its energetic atmosphere, supported by over 30 cheer points along the course. These include live bands, DJs, and enthusiastic volunteers from charities and local communities, creating a continuous wave of encouragement that carries runners through every kilometer.

For those who prefer team spirit, the Relay Marathon is a highlight. With over 16,000 participants, it allows groups of four to complete the marathon distance together, each running a leg of the course. The Relay is exclusively tied to the Charity Program, meaning every team runs for a cause, adding purpose to every step.
